**About the Role**
Mercy Clinic Internal Medicine-Smith Glynn Callaway is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their team in Springfield, MO.
This outpatient-only position offers a unique opportunity to care for patients with complex needs and build meaningful relationships with seniors.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care and be committed to delivering exceptional results in a value-based care environment.
Key Highlights:
- Adequate time with patients for relationship building and quality incentives
- 30-minute to 1-hour appointment slots for all patients, allowing for thorough care without rush
- Patient panel offering intellectually stimulating and rewarding experiences
- Dedicated panel nurse for telephone encounters, triage, and in-basket support
- In-person, virtual, or telephonic encounters, including annual comprehensive visits, transitional care, and same-day visits
- Exceptional work-life balance with no holidays, weekends, or evenings
