Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sample Inventory Coordinator to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a Sample Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the oil inventory in the fragrance sample compactor, including arranging the oil in the compactor and disposing of expired oils on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate a monthly report on the list of expired oils to the Sample Library Manager.
  • Enter sample requests into PACE/SAP upon receiving the list of oils to be produced for replenishment.
  • Control the movement of oil samples in and out of the Fragrance Library, updating the oil inventory daily.
  • Liaise with the dispatch service provider and QC sample dispatch riders for delivery of samples and update the inventory.
  • Compound fragrance samples using the Fricke automated dosing machine and/or by manual compounding.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and control.
