Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Devils Tower Golf Club. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals to our members and guests.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in food preparation and presentation, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our management team to develop menus, manage kitchen operations, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our members and guests;
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies;
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations;
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery;
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and specials to enhance our offerings;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-end restaurant or golf club setting;
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on presentation and quality;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff;
  • A valid Food Safety Certification and willingness to obtain any necessary licenses or certifications;
  • A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
