About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Technician to join our team at Amcor Little Chute. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance schedules, repair records, and equipment manuals.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a maintenance or technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft software, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
