**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support day-to-day product and process operations in compounding, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Operations, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Quality, to drive process improvements and optimize production efficiencies.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for compounding assets, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Work closely with the Master Scheduler and operations team to ensure optimal schedule sequences, communicate performance to schedule interruptions, and make course corrections to minimize customer impact.
  • Lead trials and SOP changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Manage all aspects of the Standard Operating Conditions Program, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all processes.
  • Troubleshoot daily operational challenges, serving as the first point of contact for shift teams and providing timely resolutions.
  • Lead process improvement teams, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive business results.
  • Research and identify root causes of customer complaints, working with teams to develop and implement corrective action plans.
  • Serve as an authority in data analysis and statistical tools, providing insights to drive business decisions.
  • Maintain accountability for key performance indicators, including Safety, losses, productivity, and quality.
  • Complete capital and expense projects to drive safety, quality, and productivity, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Strong understanding of process engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional boundaries.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
