Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at MSCCN. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of annual maintenance services across our national network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vendor services, prepare purchase orders, and assign timeframes for equipment maintenance.
  • Communicate schedules to store and district managers, arrange documentation, and process reports.
  • Facilitate part arrival, issue equipment return forms, and dispose of unnecessary equipment.
  • Process various reports, including Annual Maintenance reports and AMA Tracking (Asset Management Account).
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, administrative, purchasing, and inventory roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Project management experience and optical industry knowledge preferred.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
