About the Role:

This is a full-time position working with students in the Avondale, AZ area. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid SLP/SLT license in the state of Arizona. You will be responsible for assessing students' speech and language development skills, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and providing consultation to classroom teachers and parents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess students' speech and language development skills and interpret results to determine their need for special education services.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to help students meet their goals.
  • Provide consultation to classroom teachers and parents to support students' speech and language development.
  • Review and maintain students' speech-language files and related paperwork to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and seminars to stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid SLP/SLT license in the state of Arizona.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
