As an Insurance Agency Owner with Agency & Agent Staff, you will be responsible for managing your own agency, representing our company and products exclusively. This is a highly rewarding opportunity that allows you to create financial stability while making a positive impact on our customers' lives.
About the Role
- Manage your agency's overall operations, sales, and growth as an independent contractor.
- Represent American Family and our products exclusively, working with a local team for coaching and support.
- Have unlimited compensation potential, including a New Agency Owner Incentive Program.
- Be responsible for hiring and working with your team to meet and exceed goals.
Requirements
- Obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses.
- Pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background check.
