We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing a full range of speech-language pathology services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Provide age-appropriate therapeutic interventions to patients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Evaluate patient response to treatment and document progress in the electronic medical record.
  • Provide patient and family education on tasks and resources that support continued functional independence.
  • Participate in program quality management activities, including data collection and analysis, to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • State license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
