Neurohospitalist Position

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a skilled and dedicated neurohospitalist to join our dynamic team as an assistant professor. This full-time inpatient-focused position will be based at both the High Point campus and WFBH's flagship campus, with responsibilities that include providing high-quality inpatient consults, rounding on established patients, and after-hours coverage for the inpatient service.

• Provide inpatient neurology consults, including acute stroke management, and round on established patients.
• Participate in weekend rounding as required.
• Work closely with adult faculty to facilitate patient transfers and provide neurology services at High Point campus.
• Serve as a liaison for transferring patients between facilities, ensuring continuity of care and timely intervention for critical neurological conditions.
