Job Summary:
The Forest Cincinnati LLC is seeking a highly skilled Dispensary Professional to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Dispensary Professional, you will be responsible for guiding patients through the process of selecting the appropriate medicine for their needs and providing education on medical cannabis products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Register patients/caregivers into the system using their patient ID card and photo identification
• Verify the recommendation and status of the patient ID card with Metrc registry
• Confirm all required profile fields are complete
• Check guest into the POS system
• Verify MME supply available when checking patient or caregiver in
• Adhere to any doctors notes in the system for dosing, medication type, and administration of medication
• Provide education to patients on product types, uses, and dosage
• Confirm medication pulled matches the medication entered into the POS
• Make certain all labeling requirements are completed at check out
• Assist patients in person and by phone with inquiries and concerns
• Adheres to and educates patients on Missouri laws and regulations
• Assist in daily inventory of cannabis and non-cannabis inventory
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and local laws
• Provide support to the General Manager as requested
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA

Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent
• Must be able to pass all background check and licensing requirements
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without an accommodation
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
