Test Engineering Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Test Engineering Intern to join our team at Emerson. As a Test Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on designing and implementing software test systems to verify and validate world-class safety-critical measurement & analytical instrumentation that integrates with industrial automation equipment.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement automated tests and test infrastructure
- Participate in reviews of product requirements, test designs, and implementations
- Work with cross-functional teams to help solve engineering challenges
- Provide analysis for change requests considering the impact to product testing and schedule
- Support manufacturing of test systems by working with global manufacturing, solving issues, and deploying/maintaining test stations
- Create hardware that is robust with simple and functional user interfaces
- Develop & maintain supporting documentation (service manual, troubleshooting guide, etc.)
- Provide technical support for test stations
- Pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering or Science from an Engineering School (students in any class status will be considered)
- Zero (0) years of related experience
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person at a Twin Cities location (Shakopee, Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie, MN)
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Prior internship experience
