Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Envases Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on our manufacturing processes.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across various departments, identifying areas of waste or inefficiency, and developing strategies to enhance manufacturing processes. If you have experience in Lean manufacturing and are passionate about process improvement, we encourage you to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand processes in various departments, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance manufacturing processes, including change management activities.
- Conduct training and workshops on continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives, making necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Lean manufacturing processing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving improvement objectives.
Compensation Package:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
