Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

At Inspira Health Network, we are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care through the assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of respiratory care services.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain required assessments and collect necessary data to identify patient needs and develop a plan of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to establish treatment goals and patient outcomes.
  • Provide timely, adequate teaching to patients and families to ensure understanding of respiratory care services.
  • Document healthcare assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a clear, concise, and legible manner.
  • Assist with orientation and on-the-job training of new staff and students.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of an associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or completion of one of the education requirements set by the NBRC.
  • Active RRT credentialed by NBRC and active Registered Respiratory Care licensure by New Jersey board of Respiratory Care required.
  • Current BLS (American Heart Association) required. A CLS/PALS certification preferred.
