StaffPhysicians is seeking a fellowship-trained pain management physician to join our multidisciplinary team in Missouri. As a medical director, you will lead our pain management practice, working closely with neurosurgeons, pain management specialists, and a physiatrist to provide high-quality patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead our pain management practice, developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our practice's strategic plan
