About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Partner to join our Washington DC Metro practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving and growing our Professional Services Clients (PCS) in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of taxation experts to provide personal, compliance, and business tax planning services to partnerships, owners, families, family businesses, and high net worth individuals.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the practice and contribute to the firm's growth.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to managers and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other partners and firm leaders to engage in business development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Active CPA license.
  • Expertise in PCS taxation, with a focus on partnerships (flow-through entity taxation).
  • Experience with complex federal corporate (C and S), multi-state, individual, and partnership compliance and planning.
  • Exceptional client service skills and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
