Join our team as Tree Canopy Adventure Facilitators at Gunstock Mountain Resort, where your role is to inspire and assist guests as they navigate through our exhilarating aerial adventure course.

As a facilitator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests of all ages have a safe and enjoyable experience while tackling a variety of challenges, some reaching heights of up to 100 feet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to guests as they engage with the adventure course.
• Encourage participants to step outside their comfort zones and embrace new challenges.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and risk management throughout all activities.
• Communicate effectively with guests to enhance their experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A natural motivator who enjoys uplifting others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Driven to continually improve and provide the best service possible.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age for facilitator roles; 16 years for monitoring positions.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and at heights ranging from 10 to 100 feet.
• Physical capability to climb, zip, and maneuver through the treetops.
• Regularly lift and move weights of up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to upholding safety standards at all times.
