About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Driver to join our team at CityServiceValcon, LLC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fuel to various locations, including gas stations, airports, construction sites, and large freight and equipment companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver fuel to a variety of locations
  • Requires Current CDL Class A
  • Hazmat, Doubles Triples, Tankers preferred
  • We can aid in acquiring endorsements

Requirements:

  • Current CDL with hazardous material, tanker, and airbrake endorsements or the ability to obtain
  • Must pass a drug test, reference check, background check, and motor vehicle records check before hire when driving hazardous materials
  • Must have basic knowledge of and comply with all DOT industry and company safety regulations
  • Willing to work long hours to meet customer needs, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to read and analyze general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government rules and regulations
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume
  • Willing to be on-call on a rotating schedule once fully trained
  • Experience operating a manual transmission helpful
  • Strong Communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge and experience in the fuel and oil industry preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Computer experience
  • Will be using a tablet for dispatches and Electric Logs daily
  • Will use digital displays at the racks and customer sites
