Key Responsibilities- Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Provide Direct Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, share knowledge and expertise, and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Document Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and outcomes, to ensure continuity of care and inform future treatment decisions.
- Education: Master's degree in Nursing or related field required.
- Experience: At least one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or in a related healthcare role.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner required.
