Per Diem Occupational Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. As an Occupational Therapist with Adventist Health, you will be responsible for planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, as well as two years of occupational therapy experience. A Master's Degree is preferred. You must also possess current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice and certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluates patients to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention.
  • Develops individualized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques and tools.
  • Provides therapy interventions and establishes care and discharge plans.
  • Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
