Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney to join our team at Diedre Moire Corporation. As a key member of our corporate law team, you will be responsible for developing insurance solutions that address the exposures of companies and individuals involved in corporate mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and development of relationships with M&A source producers, including brokers, lawyers, and private equity fund principals.
  • Drafting of legal and commercial documents, including preparation and review of deal documents.
  • Analysis of tax structuring and provision of expert support to the underwriting of transaction risk, representation & warranty, tax liability, and contingent liability insurance.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and corporate law.
  • Strong understanding of tax structuring and financial accounting.
  • Ability to work with top legal and finance minds and the business community to bring together entities for greater efficiencies.
