As a front end and alignment specialist, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair on customer vehicles, working in an automotive bay with an alignment machine, and identifying problems using diagnostic equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation.
- Front End and Alignment Work: Focus on front end work and alignments using an alignment machine.
- Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Identify problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment and explain repairs and issues to customers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
- Planning and Execution: Plan repair procedures using charts, manuals, and experience, and test the functionality of parts and systems.
- Experience: Preferred experience in multiple categories, including front end work and alignments, air conditioning and heating, braking system, electrical system, engine performance, suspension and steering systems, and transmission.
- Skills: Analytical problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and a refrigerant license is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license and background check required.
- Compensation: Commensurate based on knowledge and experience.
