About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at Insite Managed Solutions. As a key member of our CX advisory group, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through transformative customer experience initiatives.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored CX solutions to meet client objectives.
- Manage client engagements and a portfolio of accounts to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align client strategies with operational effectiveness.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing.
- Proven ability to identify, scope, and secure new opportunities within client accounts.
- Experience presenting to senior executives and facilitating discussions to guide strategic decisions.
$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
