About the Role

Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC is seeking a passionate and licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients, utilizing your expertise and skills to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations based on medical orders.
  • Document findings accurately and timely, adhering to all guidelines.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
  • Ensure medical orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
  • Provide high-quality treatment to patients, modifying treatment as needed while adhering to precautions.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
  • Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
  • Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
