About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Brentwood and/or Green Hills, TN. As a Part-Time Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for administering injections, intravenous therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform nursing assessments and evaluations under Restore Hyper Wellness' established medical and nursing protocols and orders.
- Administer intravenous therapy and intramuscular injections using prescribed formulas and an array of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
- Use electronic medical records to document client visits and therapies received.
- Communicate with clients, providers, and nursing directors to address questions and concerns.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service, professionalism, timeliness, efficiency, and teamwork in all aspects of work.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee.
- Two years of experience as a Nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, OR, or similar).
- Experience with and a high comfort level using a computer to document and chart.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse community and provide services from a non-judgmental perspective.
- Three or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting, within the last 5 years.
- Two or more years of experience administering injections and intravenous therapy.
- More than one year of experience providing health-related client education to an adult population.
- At least one year of experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Experience using electronic medical records.
- May work around usual office and outpatient conditions.
- During busy periods, may require long periods of walking and standing and administering multiple IVs and injections at a time.
- Must be able to chart accurately and in a timely fashion.
- May work around biohazards.
- Exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
- Exposure to chemicals and commercial items typically found in offices, medical clinics, and building repairs/maintenance.
