Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer patient care interventions, including medication and clinical procedures
  • Record patient care activities and relay patient status to the healthcare team
  • Support patients with daily living activities and provide education to patients and families
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and address support needs

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Valid RN Licensure in Kentucky or Multi-State
  • Required Certifications – BLS, ACLS, PALS, Handle with Care
