Ultrasound/Echo Tech Opportunity at UT Health Quitman

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound/Echo Tech to join our team at UT Health Quitman. As a member of our cardiovascular team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Level IV trauma center and Level III stroke center.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Echo studies/procedures for patients utilizing ionizing radiation and treatment of disease.
  • Function under the general supervision of the site supervisor and in cooperation with the cardiovascular team.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience performing Echocardiography studies.
  • CPR Certified Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Registry in Adult Cardiac Ultrasound ARDMS or CCI or Registry-Eligible Registered Echocardiography Technologist.
