About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our front-of-house team as a Host. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. You will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, managing waitlists, and providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with POS systems and able to operate them accurately
  • Able to lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development. If eligible, benefits may also include dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Location

This role is located in Chicago, IL, at one of our Happy Camper restaurants. The ideal candidate will be available to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
