Job Summary

As a Delivery Driver with US Foods, you will play a critical role in delivering our products to customers across the country. This is a part-time position that requires a valid CDL Class A license and a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Unload products from the truck and place them in the customer storage area
  • Verify delivery of products with customers and collect payment as needed
  • Make frequent stops during a work shift and deliver products in inclement weather conditions
  • Perform repeated, manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid CDL Class A license issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Valid U.S. driver's license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements if required
  • No more than two convictions in the past two-year period for traffic violations, no DUI convictions in the past three years, and no driver's license suspensions in the past three years
  • Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months of driving experience in the food and beverage delivery industry required
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical
