Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Satisfaction Manager to join our team at Valet Living. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring service excellence and maintaining compliance with client contracts within a designated territory comprising 20-40 apartment communities.

Salary: $21.00 - $23.50 per hour, with the final compensation determined based on factors such as location, experience, and skill set.

The primary responsibility of this position is to meticulously monitor completed work at client locations, verifying timely completion and adherence to contract terms. This involves conducting thorough inspections, providing regular status updates to internal teams and clients, and suggesting process improvements to enhance operations.

  • Responsible for working with 20-40 properties at a time to ensure delivered services comply with customer requirements and expectations.
  • Perform daily visits to work locations to verify job status.
  • Communicate with and follow-up with properties regarding job details to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of site visits to ensure consistency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support process improvements by providing recommendations to streamline service processes in ways that heighten quality standards and ensure consistency.
  • Work with independent contractors to schedule necessary repairs or touch-ups.
  • Provide client specifications and standard expectations to our independent contractors.
  • Communicate with management any escalated issues or potential service issues.
