In the program, you'll gain real-life experience as a Credit Analyst working alongside a team of experts in one of our business lines. Learn specialized skills and gain access to a variety of industries served by Western Alliance, including Aerospace, Agriculture, Digital Assets, Entertainment, Gaming, Healthcare, Hotels & Resorts, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Technology, Treasury Management, Venture Capital and Private Equity.

A formal 18-month development program where you'll solve problems, be creative, and make an impact. With access to resources necessary to become a successful business professional, you will develop your leadership capabilities working alongside a diverse group from universities across the country.

Throughout the program, you will participate in challenging projects, mentor with experienced professionals, job shadowing, and attend formal leadership development workshops designed to set you up for professional success. Most importantly, you'll gain real-life experience and explore what it's like to work as part of an organization that exemplifies people, performance, and possibilities with the opportunity to demonstrate a commitment to our values of integrity, creativity, teamwork, passion, and excellence.

The Credit Analyst will work with the following Business Line:
National Builder Finance provides financing for horizontal and vertical construction of assets where the end use is a residential dwelling that is either being rented or sold to a 3rd party consumer. The platform, which started in 2013, operates on a national footprint, serving clients in 23 states and over 40 MSA's. We dedicate a majority of our capital to institutionally backed developers and homebuilders with a specific focus on the top 50 homebuilders in the country and the top 25 equity providers in the country.

What we are looking for:

We're looking for graduating students who are not only top-performers but who also have leadership experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and are passionate problem solvers. You may be a fit for this program if you meet certain eligibility requirements, including:
  • College Degree from a 4-year College or University or equivalent
  • Completion of an Accounting course
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher is required
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently
  • An interest in working in Commercial Business Banking
