Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct various procedures in the GI lab, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in gastrointestinal technology.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and SGNA GI Tech Specialist, to be obtained within the initial 90 days of employment.
  • Willingness to complete a comprehensive two-day system endoscopy education shortly after joining.
  • Commitment to successfully finishing on-the-job training, including all required competencies as determined by the facility.
Work Schedule

This position may require flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, based on unit needs.
