Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to restore, maintain, or improve patient functions.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine accurate diagnoses and plans of care.
  • Provide evidence-based treatment services, including gait training, strengthening, and other modalities as needed.
  • Collaborate with patients, family support systems, and healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Evaluate treatment efficacy and patient progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize patient care.
  • Document accurate and ongoing assessments of patient status, including physical therapy interventions, patient responses, and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Promote and ensure patient and staff safety in all aspects of responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
