The Dispensary Associate plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a compliant retail experience. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for educating customers about our products and connecting them with the right solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process patient orders and maintain a clean and organized environment
- Provide top-notch customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a patient and informative manner
- Operate a point of sale system and maintain a basic understanding of our products
- Follow established best practices for customer engagement and compliance
- Project a positive image of the organization and build long-term relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- 21 years of age (or as required by state regulations)
- High School diploma required
- Intermediate-level math skills and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
