Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Lake Emory Post Acute Care. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our 88-bed skilled nursing facility.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning and maintenance activities of our housekeeping staff.
• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained, including common areas, patient rooms, and equipment.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation.
