The Recruiting Coordinator Professional will be responsible for performing all assigned tasks, responsibilities, and related work processes in the safest possible manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining records on recruiting activities as required.
  • Processing Rehires through previous managers, HR Record, and rehire checklists.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years administrative support experience preferred.
  • At least one year of HR assistant or recruiting assistant experience required.
  • Applicant tracking systems knowledge.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bi-Lingual, Spanish & English, required.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
