Firefighter/Paramedic - Emergency Response Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Firefighter/Paramedic to join our team in Olympia. As a Firefighter/Paramedic, you will respond to emergency scenes and perform firefighting and advanced life support duties.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to emergency scenes and perform firefighting and advanced life support duties.
- Perform emergency medical activities, including assessment and treatment of medical and/or trauma adult and pediatric patients.
- Participate in training and maintain acceptable medical and firefighting skill levels.
- Direct personnel with regard to EMS activities at incident scenes.
- Enter EMS data on computer.
- Operate radio and other communications equipment.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Washington drivers license by hire date.
- Minimum of 12 months consecutive full-time, career structural firefighter work experience.
- IFSAC or Pro Board Hazmat Operations Certification (preferred).
- IFSAC or Pro Board Firefighter I Certification.
- IFSAC Firefighter II (preferred).
- National Registry or Washington State EMT or Paramedic Certification.
- IFSAC or Pro Board Hazmat Operations Certification.
- IFSAC Firefighter II Certification.
- National Registry or Washington State EMT or Paramedic Certification.
- Competitive salary range: $86,000 - $121,269.74.
