At Mondo, we're seeking a skilled MuleSoft Application Developer to join our team in providing design, development, and implementation support for integration solutions.

Job Description

This long-term contract position is 100% remote, with the candidate required to be located in Colorado. The start date is ASAP, and compensation ranges from $38 to $48 per hour W2.

  • The estimated hourly rate may vary based on factors such as years of experience and specific skillsets compared to employees in this role.

Description:

MuleSoft Application Developers at Mondo are responsible for designing, developing, unit testing, integrating, functional and user acceptance testing, and production implementation support for Anypoint Platform administration, continuous integration/continuous deployment, and knowledge transfer for MuleSoft integrations supporting the Governor's Office of Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop technical design documents capturing MuleSoft functional and non-functional details using client-integration design templates and RAML definitions for all interfaces.
  2. Develop and unit test MuleSoft applications checked into clients' code repositories and deployed through clients' CI toolchains into development and test environments, relying on mUnit frameworks for validation.
  3. Establish mUnit frameworks and associated quality assurance processes to support validations of MuleSoft assets developed during the project.
  4. Ensure adherence to security, audit compliance, and error-handling requirements.
  5. Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review/product demo, and sprint retrospective).
  6. Resolve tasks and defects within the project backlog.
  7. Conduct design walkthroughs, code reviews, and technical coaching as warranted.
  8. Document and publish artifacts in the client Anypoint Exchange instance.
  9. Create and update operational run books and production cutover plans.
  10. Design and develop Anypoint Exchange policies and configurations, ensuring adherence to API governance.

Requirements:

  1. MuleSoft developers must be MuleSoft certified (current certification).
  2. NICE TO HAVE: Experience with Azure DevOps-based CI/CD and AWS Secrets Manager will be considered a plus.
