Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to develop goal-oriented treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based care that meets or exceeds service excellence standards
- Communicate and coordinate patient care with other team members
- Manage workload autonomously and provide leadership to Physical Therapy Assistants
- Remain current in recent developments in physical therapy techniques and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapist License (Washington) required at hire
- Basic Life Support required at hire
- Working knowledge of relevant clinical practice in Physical Therapy
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer/patient service
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
- Two (2) years experience in an PT outpatient setting
- Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy
