Apartment Community Porter Job Description

We are searching for a reliable and detail-focused Porter to work at our Apartment community in Austin, TX area and surrounding cities. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining the property's appearance and cleanliness.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Daily trash collection and removal
  • Minor landscaping and yard work
  • Cleaning and maintaining common areas
  • Conducting daily checks and inspections
  • Supporting maintenance staff as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Able to work in varying outdoor weather conditions
  • Prior experience in multifamily property maintenance is preferred but not necessary
  • Pass a background check and provide authorization to work in the US

Annual Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000, depending on experience
