Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on complex machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems
  • Lead and instruct lower-level maintenance personnel
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in maintenance and repair of complex machinery and equipment
  • High-level knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including NC equipment and hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • CNC maintenance training and certification
  • Experience with complex NC machine tools, such as CTV 250
  • Knowledge of shop math and ability to perform complex calculations
