Job Title: Paralegal

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team. As a Paralegal, you will provide legal support to our in-house Litigation Counsel, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal affairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal support to in-house Litigation Counsel, including evaluating subpoenas and requests for Company records.
  • Research and analyze record requests from third parties, to determine validity of inquiry and prepare initial draft of appropriate response.
  • Read, review, understand, organize, redact, and produce records in response to requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
  • Maintain case files, charts, databases, and tables to track pertinent operational and legal information related to assigned matters.
  • Communicate with requestor and internal personnel to facilitate progress of response to request.
Requirements:
  • Certificate of Completion from a Paralegal Studies Program or an unlicensed Juris Doctorate with no record of bar discipline is required.
  • 2 years of paralegal experience required.
  • Health insurance knowledge or experience in the insurance litigation field preferred.
