Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity in Cicero, Illinois

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in Cicero, near Chicago, Illinois. This full-time, onsite position involves working with a diverse K-12 caseload to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of students.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational professionals to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- CCC-SLP certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Illinois state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Preferred experience working with K-12 students in a school setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
