TK Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a correctional setting, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring individualized and effective care.
- Valid, unrestricted LPN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to pass a background check.
