**Job Summary**
The Office Licensed Practical Nurse, under the general supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, the providers and the Office Supervisor, is responsible for providing optimal patient care, being accessible to patients, maintaining a high level of knowledge and working amicably with other staff members.
The LPN II will maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Requirements
- Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
- Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- BLS training preferred.
