Year Up is a one-year or less, intensive career training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internship opportunities, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Participants also receive a financial stipend to support their educational and career goals.

**Key Program Components**

The program combines technical and professional training with access to internship opportunities and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm. This comprehensive approach helps participants develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field of computer systems administration.

**Eligibility Requirements**

To be eligible for the program, applicants must:

  • Be between the ages of 18 and 29
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be eligible to work in the United States
  • Be available to participate in the program on a full-time basis
  • Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
  • Not have a bachelor's degree

**Career Advancement Opportunities**

Participants in the program will gain a range of skills and knowledge, including:

80% of Year Up graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation. Employed graduates earn an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
