Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Line Prep Cook to join our fast-paced quick-service restaurant in Lawrenceville, Georgia. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing food stations, cooking high volumes of food, and ensuring all food safety and storage regulations are met.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the food industry, preferably in fast food, quick service, or fast-casual restaurants. You should be able to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

In this role, you will wash, cut, dice, chop, and slice food items to stock prep stations. You will also use thermometers to check that food has reached an appropriate temperature before serving it. Additionally, you will recognize and adhere to quality requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, as well as correct storage and waste management.

You will clean equipment and work surfaces at the end of each shift, including sweeping floors, mopping, and cleaning counters. If you are a hard-working individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
