Clinical Neuro-hospitalist Position

DEPARTMENT OF NEUROLOGY
Brigham and Women's Hospital is in search of a board-certified Neurologist to fulfill the role of a Neuro-hospitalist. The selected candidate will be responsible for inpatient clinical responsibilities and is expected to engage in quality enhancement initiatives and/or the education of residents, fellows, students, and physician assistants, as well as participate in clinical research.
The clinical responsibilities will be distributed across two primary locations: the main campus at Brigham and Women's Hospital and either South Shore Hospital or Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital. A significant portion of the work will take place at one of these hospitals.
An academic appointment at Harvard Medical School will be aligned with the candidate's experience, training, and accomplishments. This appointment entails a commitment to teach within the Harvard community for a minimum of 50 hours annually. We anticipate that the successful candidate will qualify for appointment at the Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor level. A strong dedication to clinical excellence and teaching is essential.
