Job Summary

The Behavioral Health Social Worker will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and guidelines for behavioral health treatment and apply this knowledge to improve patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

What You'll Need

  • Masters degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
