Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Snow Tubing Hill Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Snow Tubing Hill. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative and guest services specific to the tubing hill.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership:
    • Supervise the day-to-day administrative operations of the Snow Tubing Hill, ensuring staff and guest needs are met efficiently.
    • Oversee front desk and ticketing operations, ensuring timely and accurate sales and transaction processing.
    • Monitor and manage crowd flow, coordinating with on-site teams to deliver an excellent guest experience.
  • Staff Management:
    • Assist with mentoring and training of Snow Tubing Office team members.
    • Support staff in handling guest inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
    • Provide leadership to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and coordinate replenishments as needed.
    • Communicate and collaborate with the Office Manager for the ski area to align operations and resolve issues.
  • Customer Service:
    • Act as the main point of contact for guests at the Snow Tubing Hill, handling escalated concerns with a positive and proactive approach.
    • Foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests of all ages.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Ensure the Snow Tubing base area complies with all safety standards and protocols.
    • Collaborate with the tubing operations team to address and report any hazards or incidents promptly.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in office management, hospitality, or a similar leadership role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team and engage with guests effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic administrative software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the winter season.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
